Hi,

Yes there is a charge for the plugin; it's about 50% of the price of your license although there is a 30% discount during the beta period. One thing about the chat plugin is there are no extra annual costs for it; so so long your deskpro license access is current you will get free updates to the chat plugin as well.

Guys, this is absolutely great. Now I won't have to use the Live chat software separately but all-in-one from Deskpro.
Is this gonna be at additional cost?

Keep on doing great job ;)

Hey Chris, are you folks going to do any sort of beta or such? I'd be very interested in testing when you get something working :)

A great idea that follows suit to a great product.

It's been a while since I last visited. I just came back to see lots of things going on @ deskpro, the blog being one of them.

I agree that the ("less corporate") look of the blog gives the site a warmer, more welcoming environment. Those ceonex-type razor sharp skins can sometimes create the impression that robots are running the show behind the scenes. (I vote for a total skin remake for the main site!)

Congratulations on the new blog. :)

Hey Christopher, I'm an RIA Evangelist for Adobe. Let me know if you have any questions about AIR. I'd love to see a demo of the plugin.
