A quick post today about one of our newest plugins, the Feedback Plugin. If you’ve kept up with our forum posts, you’ll know this is a free plugin for all current license owners. To get it, all you’ve got to do is upgrade to the latest version — v3.5.0 — and then install the plugin from your admin area.

So just what does this plugin do, anyway? Basically it’s an ideas manager. Everyone company can do something better, and the best way to figure out which things to focus on improving is to ask your customers. The Feedback Plugin lets users submit ideas or suggestions and then vote on them. Then the more popular the idea is, the more your customers want it implemented. This kind of ranked input is very valuable information!
